New Sweatermaker Yarns knitting kits!

It's really snowing now. And what better way to alleviate the winter weather than some colourful projects?

First, I added a couple of ideas to Handmade Gift Ideas. My goal is to have one for every day before Christmas, which means I'd better do some catching up.

And second, kits are back. Sweatermaker Yarns and Fledge Shawl knitting kits are very popular, it's hard to keep them in stock very long. But I've got a fresh batch for you to enjoy.

You know what they say: You can take the girl out of the island, but you can't take the island out of the girl. I've brought in a box of Sweatermaker Yarns by Judy Maclean all the way from balmy Vancouver Island, and paired them up with the Fledge Shawl to make knitting kits, just in time for winter.

Each kit includes a skein of Marjorie, 100 grams/350 meters per skein, 50% merino 50% silk, plus a printed copy of Fledge*.

*Already have a copy of Fledge? We will happily substitute a different pattern for you to enjoy, simply tell us in the comments field of your order which one you would like.
